                Website Quality & Content Operations Specialist

- Job type: Full time, remote. Hired as a contractor
- Job Schedule: EST Timezone working hours

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Website Quality & Content Operations Specialist to help maintain, improve, and expand our website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role plays a critical part in ensuring our digital experiences are accurate, accessible, and consistently high quality.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and resolving broken or degraded user experiences, executing content updates from structured Wrike requests, and supporting new page builds using established AEM components. The ideal contractor brings a strong QA mindset, thoughtful UX judgment, and pride in delivering clean, reliable work. Your contributions will have a direct impact on how users experience and trust our site.

Responsibilities

- Identify and log website issues, including broken links, checkout including edge cases, missing images, copy or grammar errors, accessibility issues, broken forms, and general UX concerns
- Use behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar) to identify usability issues and validate areas of user friction
- Use cross browser and device testing tools (BrowserStack) to identify device-‑specific, ‑browser specific‑, and responsive issues
- Update and maintain existing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based on structured Wrike requests and audit findings
- Ensure content accuracy and consistency by correcting copy and formatting issues and updating images, links, and CTAs as needed
- Apply brand, content, and UX standards to ensure consistency across related pages and site sections
- Build new pages using established AEM templates, components, and content blocks, following provided briefs and Figma designs
- Structure content clearly using appropriate heading tags, layouts, and component sequencing
- Demonstrate strong ownership of work by performing detailed self-QA and engaging in structured peer reviews to uphold accuracy, quality standards, and publication readiness
- Review work from a user-first perspective to identify UX, accessibility, visual, or interaction issues
- Review and monitor page performance using Google PageSpeed Insights to help ensure PageSpeed remains healthy prior to and following publication.
- Validate desktop and mobile experiences and support cross browser and device testing, flagging responsive or breakpoint inconsistencies
- Make light HTML adjustments within AEM to resolve spacing, formatting, list, or inline layout issues
- Troubleshoot minor rendering or display issues and escalate larger technical problems as needed

Skills & Experience

- Hands-on‑ experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and supporting large or enterprise websites
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused, QA‑ oriented‑ mindset, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent updates independently
- Experience working within structured ticketing or intake workflows (Wrike or similar)
- Comfort reviewing content from a UX perspective and making light HTML edits as needed
- Experience performing cross browser and cross‑ device testing using tools such as BrowserStack‑
- Familiarity with accessibility (ADA) best practices and overall site quality standards
- Experience using behavioral and performance tools (Hotjar and Google PageSpeed Insights) to inform QA, UX improvements, and maintain page health
- Clear written communication skills and experience collaborating with designers, developers, and content strategists
