What we're looking for
You’ll join a fast-growing US-based sports tech startup building the future of athlete marketing through AI-driven insights and real-time social data. Their platform helps brands and agencies discover, evaluate, and collaborate with athletes using powerful analytics, automation tools, and streamlined workflows.

The team is small, sharp, and moving fast. As the only designer, you’ll own the end-to-end product experience and play a key role in shaping a category-defining platform used by modern marketing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead UX and UI design across discovery, CRM workflows, campaign tracking, analytics, and automation tools.
- Design end-to-end experiences for complex, data-heavy interfaces including dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables.
- Turn product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Build and maintain scalable UX patterns and a consistent design system.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation in React and Next.js.
- Contribute to frontend improvements including UI fixes, layout refinements, and component updates.
- Identify usability gaps and proactively improve the overall user journey.

Requirements
- Strong UX and UI fundamentals, especially in data-heavy B2B platforms.
- Deep proficiency in Figma and up to date with the latest features.
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, and structured data interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with React, familiarity with Next.js is a plus.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and systems thinking.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to improve workflows.
- Independent, resourceful, and comfortable owning design in a startup environment.
- Background in SaaS, marketing data, or analytics platforms.

Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Next.js.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Developer.
