This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Our client is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand focused on premium consumer health and wellness products for the U.S. market. They operate with a strong emphasis on conversion-driven digital experiences, combining performance marketing with a distinctive dark, masculine brand aesthetic. As they continue to scale, they are investing in high-impact design to optimize user experience and drive measurable results across their digital ecosystem.
Location
Fully Remote (Work from Home) | Must overlap with U.S. Central or Eastern time zones
Role Overview
The UI/UX Designer will own the design of the company’s entire digital presence, focusing on creating premium, high-converting experiences across landing pages, product pages, email templates, and launch assets. This is a full-time, ongoing role centered on performance-driven design, mobile-first execution, and continuous optimization for paid traffic environments.
Key Responsibilities
Landing Page & Product Page Design
- Design and continuously improve product pages to increase conversion, strengthen trust, and enhance the user journey
- Create high-converting landing pages for paid traffic channels such as Meta and Google, with strong attention to CTA placement, hierarchy, trust signals, and mobile behavior
- Design launch pages and supporting assets for new product releases
Email & Retention Design
- Design conversion-focused email templates for promotional campaigns, transactional emails, and abandoned cart flows
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a premium, dark, masculine visual identity
Optimization & Iteration
- Create A/B testing variations to improve performance across layouts, modules, and UX approaches
- Apply performance-driven design thinking with a strong understanding of user behavior in paid traffic and e-commerce environments
Collaboration & Execution
- Deliver organized, production-ready Figma files for developer handoff
- Collaborate directly with the Founder/CEO and internal team using provided copy and creative direction
- Build and maintain structured component libraries, design systems, and organized files for efficient iteration
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience designing for U.S.-based DTC brands selling physical or consumable products (e.g., men’s health, wellness, supplements, telehealth, beauty, skincare, or premium lifestyle brands)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting landing pages, product pages, homepage redesigns, funnels, and/or email templates used in paid traffic environments
- Experience designing for mobile-first user behavior in e-commerce environments
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including creating desktop and mobile designs, reusable components, and production-ready assets
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design, including hierarchy, CTA placement, trust signals, and UX optimization
- Ability to design within a premium, dark, masculine visual aesthetic
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize files, systems, and components effectively
- Excellent collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with leadership and development teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work within U.S. time zones
