About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Management Consultant with a strong background in venture capital and financial management, combined with solid exposure to AI/ML concepts.
This is a strategic, advisory role where you’ll work closely with leadership teams, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical capabilities into business-critical initiatives. You’ll help organizations define, prioritize, and execute AI-driven strategies that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI/ML strategy and implementation within VC and financial ecosystems
- Translate technical concepts and product capabilities into clear business strategies and use cases
- Partner with leadership teams to prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and ROI
- Act as a bridge between engineering/data teams and executive stakeholders
- Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs and align them with technical solutions
- Support decision-making through financial modeling, strategic analysis, and data insights
- Guide clients through change management and adoption of AI-driven solutions

Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience as a management consultant, strategy consultant, or technical advisor
- Strong background in venture capital, private equity, or financial management
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business implications
- Experience translating technical requirements into strategic business initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-level interaction
- Ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Based in LATAM with advanced English proficiency

Nice-to-Have
- Experience in top-tier consulting firms or strategy roles in tech companies
- Exposure to AI product development or data-driven organizations
- Background in fintech or SaaS environments
- Experience working with startups or VC-backed companies
