Location: Remote - Latin America Preferred
Salary Range: 1500 to 2500 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Talent Sourcer to build and manage high-volume talent pipelines across diverse roles. This is an individual contributor role focused on sourcing strategy execution, channel optimization, and delivering consistent candidate flow. The ideal candidate combines speed with precision, works independently, and uses data to continuously improve sourcing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source high-quality candidates across multiple roles and departments.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms effectively.
- Track sourcing metrics and analyze channel performance.
- Experiment with new sourcing channels and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles.
- Deliver consistent candidate flow while maintaining quality standards.
- Continuously optimize sourcing systems and workflows
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
- Experience with high-volume sourcing environments.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve sourcing metrics.
- Strong written communication and outreach skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience sourcing across technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience building sourcing dashboards or analytics tracking systems.
- Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
- Experience experimenting with new sourcing tools and channels.
