                Job Title: Talent Advisor - (HR67124)
Location: Remote - Global
Salary Range: 1000 to 1400 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
The Talent Advisor serves as a strategic bridge between the talent pipeline and hiring managers. In this role, your primary focus is to review candidate profiles, assess their alignment with business needs, and advocate for high-potential talent to ensure they are prioritized for interviews. You will act as a dedicated partner to hiring managers, helping them navigate their options and championing the best candidates to drive the hiring process forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Profile Assessment: Review and evaluate candidate applications and profiles to ensure they meet the quality standards and specific requirements of the role.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to understand their evolving needs and provide updates on the candidate landscape.
- Candidate Advocacy: Present shortlisted talent to hiring managers in a compelling way, highlighting key strengths and "selling" the potential fit to ensure the manager proceeds with an interview.
- Pipeline Management: Actively monitor the talent pool to ensure hiring managers have a steady stream of qualified profiles to review.
- Stakeholder Influence: Provide professional recommendations to hiring managers, helping them understand the value of specific candidates and keeping the recruitment process moving efficiently.
- Relationship Coordination: Ensure a seamless handoff between the talent identification stage and the manager’s interview stage, managing expectations on both sides.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on talent identification and stakeholder management.
- A solid understanding of how to move people through a hiring funnel and what it takes to get a candidate successfully in front of a manager.
- Excellent English skills with a natural ability to present information clearly and influence the decisions of hiring managers.
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with managers across different departments.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly identify the "hidden gems" in a pool of profiles that match the manager's needs.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with IT recruitment.
- Experience with Sales, Marketing and Creatives Recruitment.
