Responsibilities

- Recruit high-quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals, and developing meaningful connections.
- Partner with team leads, hiring managers, and stakeholders to design and execute hiring and attraction strategies that develop high-quality candidate pipelines, with an emphasis on diversity.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other organizations to identify and attract talent.
- Focus on providing a highly attentive stakeholder experience for candidates, hiring managers, and employees by consistently creating value.

Requirements

- Experience in sourcing, recruiting or headhunting, preferably within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and startup environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor) and recruitment software (Linkedin Recruiter).
- Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is essential.
