                Job Title: Amazon Supply Chain Manager
Location: Remote (preference for India and Latin America)
Salary Range: 2000 – 2500 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, logistics, replenishment, reporting, and compliance across Amazon and other marketplaces. This is a hands-on role managing one direct report, where you’ll be directly responsible for ensuring products are in stock, operations are compliant, and fulfillment runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon FBA and AWD operations, ensuring accurate forecasting, replenishment, and compliance.
- Coordinate with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient logistics and inventory flows.
- Monitor inventory health and generate reports on stock, lead times, and fulfillment performance.
- Oversee compliance for shipments, labeling, and marketplace requirements.
- Manage procurement processes and ensure timely purchase orders.
- Support multi-channel operations (Walmart, Lowe’s, Chewy, Shopify) where applicable.
- Lead, coach, and manage 1 direct report, while remaining hands-on in daily execution.

Qualifications:
- 4 – 7 years (up to 8) of experience in U.S. Amazon supply chain management. (FBA required, AWD strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment, and logistics.
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum professional proficiency).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, warehouses, and U.S.-based teams.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly accountable in execution.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with other marketplaces (Walmart, Chewy, Shopify, Lowe’s).
- Familiarity with forecasting tools and reporting dashboards.
- Prior experience in managing small teams.
