Strategic Pricing Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role supports the design and execution of data-driven pricing strategies, ensuring competitive, consistent, and commercially sound rates across our client base. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare and validate rate proposals for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with pricing logic and commercial best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to support pricing recommendations and strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate, organized pricing data and develop reporting to monitor trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Staffing, Client Services, and Management to ensure pricing consistency and informed decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support business objectives and margin optimization.
- Approve new openings aligned with the general objectives of sales and the company.

What we are looking for:

- 2-4 years of experience in related roles.
- Experience in technology industries is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
