**About You**

We are seeking a highly motivated contributor to support Kimberly\-Clark’s global social impact efforts as part of the Kimberly\-Clark Foundation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing strategic employee engagement and community investment programs across North America and select international markets. The Manager leads local grantmaking strategy and operations and manages global employee engagement initiatives, including volunteerism and workplace giving. The position plays a critical role in scaling programs, managing risk, and enhancing visibility of Kimberly\-Clark’s community impact through strategic communications and story\-telling. The successful individual is someone who operates with integrity and handles sensitive matters with professionalism, sound judgement, and care.

Develop and implement commercial plans that help grow sales and profitability.
* Mind, discuss \& execute the regional strategies customizing the actions to the effectiveness of the execution.
* Ensure the execution of pricing and margin strategies by customer/territory, maximizing trade competitiveness and managing gaps versus other customers/territories.
* Design strategies and plans to increase Sell\-Out, distribution, and shelf space at the point of sale.
* Design and monitor promotional activities by customer/territory, aligning objectives with Sales and Marketing.
* Communicate monthly promotional plans to the sales team.
* Manage and track the Trade budget at the customer/territory level.
* Evaluate the results of trade activities (ROI).
* Generate proposals during Sales \& Channel Review meetings to help achieve sales targets.
* Be an expert in retailer behavior to take key actions and make strategic decisions.
* Identify opportunities within the assigned customer/territory by analyzing data such as Sell\-Out, Sell\-In, Distribution, and Market Share.
* Provide timely information to support the achievement of monthly sales volumes.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
* Experience in Modern Trade
Commercial Excellence: ability to design and deliver commercial \& RGM capabilities to maximize profitable and sustainable revenue with 3\-5 years of commercial experience in different industries displaying drive for results mindset.
* Strong decision making, influence and drive commercial strategy through share salesforce (different levels of seniority) and cross functional collaboration.
* Strong financial acumen of the business, issues faced by K\-C, and mission / goals.
* Coach for performance: ability to define priorities, align teams to achieve organizational objectives and create a climate that inspires employees to do their best.
