Software Engineer

                Job Description:
We are looking Full‑stack Engineers comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies. This position will integrate into the Content Authoring team, which enables authors to create, manage, and deliver educational content to end users.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications and services in collaboration with engineers and product managers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, demos, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members on feature development and bug fixes
- Promote engineering best practices to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
- Share knowledge across teams and continuously learn from others
- Advocate for the customer by building products with strong user empathy

Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience in Full-stack development and deployment experience
- PHP, Golang, or Node.js
- Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- Experience in product or enterprise software development
- Strong understanding of testing, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices
- Commitment to engineering best practices and software quality
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in complex environments
- Curious, self‑driven, and comfortable working with ambiguity

Nice to haves:
- Experience in AI‑assisted development is highly valued
- Database knowledge is a plus, not a must (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Graph database exposure)
