We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the clinic’s digital growth. You will be a strategic leader, running the full lifecycle of social and email marketing—from high-level strategy and creative direction to ad spend optimization and ROI reporting. The ideal candidate has measurable proof of scaling brands, strong analytical skills, and a confident, outspoken approach to problem-solving.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter, prioritizing growth and conversion
Paid Media & Performance
Manage and optimize paid campaigns via Meta Business Manager, focusing on ROAS, CAC, and scale
Creative Direction & Editing
Produce and edit high-performing video and visual assets (UGC-style and polished) to maximize engagement
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze full-funnel metrics and present weekly impact reports showing revenue and brand growth
Advanced Email Marketing
Design and deploy email funnels and automated sequences in Constant Contact to maximize Customer Lifetime Value
Brand Stewardship
Maintain a world-class brand voice while leveraging AI tools to scale content production without losing quality
Community Growth
Engage proactively with followers to turn them into brand advocates and customers

🌟 Ideal Candidate Profile
Communication
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with clear data presentation skills
Proven Impact
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating significant growth, revenue impact, or successful ad spend management
Experience
5+ years in Social Media Management and Paid Media, preferably in U.S. B2C
Technical Mastery
Expert in Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud, and advanced analytics tools (Looker Studio, Triple Whale, or similar)
Direct Response Expertise
Experienced in ClickFunnels and Constant Contact for high-converting landing page and email funnels
