                Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities. The role focuses on implementing business requirements through development, integrations, and platform customization while ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps.
• Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow core modules (ITSM mandatory).
• Exposure to integrations and data imports.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification preferred.
