About the Company:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Web & Landing Page Designer to own the end-to-end design of client websites and landing pages. This role requires a high-end visual aesthetic, comparable to brands like Ghia, Teddy Baldassarre, and Jolie Skin Co., combined with a deep understanding of conversion-driven UX. You will be a “thinker” and a creative lead, translating business goals into polished, high-performing digital interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of responsive websites and landing pages that balance premium brand storytelling with conversion goals.
- Integrate user psychology and data-informed layouts to drive acquisition and performance lift.
- Design thoughtful micro-interactions and transitions (scroll triggers, hover states) to enhance the user experience.
- Partner with media buyers, copywriters, and developers to ensure design integrity and smooth technical handoff.
- Maintain clean, organized Figma systems and document animation behaviors for developers.
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of professional UX/UI web design experience with a world-class portfolio.
- Mastery of Figma, typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design systems.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage feedback, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- English Language Ability (Score 50); ability to articulate design decisions with business context.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to build motion elements (Lottie, GSAP, or CSS animations).
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and DTC performance funnels.
