Senior User Interface Designer

                Description
We are looking for a highly adaptable and execution-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. This is not a traditional design role—you will be expected to quickly understand complex business contexts, work under tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality prototypes before development begins. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping new user interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.

Responsibilities
● Rapidly understand business requirements and translate them into clear, intuitive UI/UX designs.
● Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that effectively communicate design solutions.
● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define new user experiences.
● Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
● Proactively identify design opportunities and contribute to overall UX strategy.
● Present design concepts, rationale, and trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements
● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating rapid prototyping and high-quality design work.
● Expert proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
● Strong ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
● Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with limited upfront user research.
● Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
● Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.

Nice to Have
● Experience working in agile or product-driven teams.
● Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
● Exposure to usability testing or accessibility best practices.
