This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Product in Latin America.
This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering product strategy at scale within a complex, global, and fast-growing environment. You will lead multiple product teams, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business. Acting as both a strategic leader and an operator, you will guide roadmap development, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure high-quality delivery across distributed teams. The role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, operating across time zones, and managing high-impact initiatives in regulated or technically complex domains. You will play a critical role in scaling product practices, developing product talent, and translating customer and operational challenges into durable product solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence products used globally while working in a remote-first, high-performance culture.
Accountabilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and delivery of major product initiatives across a large and complex product area
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning multiple product teams around shared outcomes
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Go-To-Market leaders to deliver scalable, high-integrity solutions
- Manage complex customer, operational, and product challenges, ensuring insights feed directly into prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Build and refine scalable product development systems that support alignment, accountability, and measurable impact
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, maintaining proximity to users, data, and delivery
- Establish strong operating rhythms for prioritization, execution, and communication across global, distributed teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in senior product leadership roles
- Proven experience leading multi-team product organizations in complex environments such as SaaS, fintech, or global platforms
- Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Product Managers and leaders
- Deep understanding of modern product discovery, delivery, and outcome-driven development practices
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, driving vision while owning critical initiatives directly
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and globally distributed or remote-first teams
