                Role Overview
We are seeking a highly versatile Senior Digital Designer who blends performance marketing creativity, web design systems thinking, and polished corporate collateral execution.

The right candidate is not narrowly specialized and not purely conceptual. We need someone equally comfortable building a paid social campaign, designing a full-page web layout with UX consideration, and assembling a sharp executive presentation.
This role requires real-world application depth across multi-channel ad creative, web design, and structured corporate materials. You should be able to think at the campaign level while also executing production-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design multi-channel ad creative, including display (static, dynamic, resizes), paid social, and short-form video assets
- Develop cohesive campaign-level creative systems across multiple formats
- Produce performance-driven creative aligned with paid media strategy
- Design full-page website layouts with UX consideration and structured hierarchy
- Create landing page designs that balance aesthetics with conversion intent
- Work within and expand design systems across web and marketing channels
- Develop corporate collateral, including executive Keynote presentations, InDesign layouts, sales materials, and one-pagers
- Ensure all deliverables are polished, structured, and production-ready
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and strategy teams
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency and quality

Requierments
- Resume in English.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of experience in digital design within marketing or agency environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel ad creative depth
- Experience designing paid social, display campaigns (including resizes and dynamic units), and short-form video creative
- Solid understanding of UX principles and full-page web layout design
- Experience designing landing pages with performance in mind
- Experience creating corporate collateral such as executive decks and structured sales materials
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Keynote
- Ability to think strategically at the campaign level, not just execute individual assets
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured systems
- Versatile designer who can move between performance marketing, web design, and corporate needs
