THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a relationship-driven Sales Development Representative to lead the launch and growth of our service programs in Texas and, over time, nationally. This is a focused, high-impact role: you will identify the right properties, build genuine relationships with the decision-makers who run them, and guide those partnerships from first conversation to signed agreement to a live, operating program.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a high-energy, seasoned Sales Development Representative based remotely in Latin America to drive the expansion of our amenity programs across the Texas market. You will be the engine of our sales funnel, identifying high-potential luxury properties and securing the initial meetings that lead to long-term partnerships.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Prospecting & Outreach
- Targeted Pipeline Building: Identify and cultivate a high-potential pipeline of Class A apartment towers, luxury condominium buildings, and upscale mixed-use residential communities.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute high-volume outreach via personalized emails, messaging, and cold calling to reach property managers, asset managers, and directors of resident experience.
- Relationship Architecture: Initiate and nurture relationships with HOA boards and ownership groups to establish Sagelane as a credible, white-glove service provider.
- Market Intelligence: Map out the competitive landscape in luxury markets to tailor outreach based on specific property amenity strategies.
Salesforce Administration & Axis of Operations
- Daily CRM Management: Act as the primary owner of Salesforce data, ensuring it remains the "single source of truth" for all daily activities and prospect interactions.
- Prospect List Development: Systematically build and segment prospect lists within Salesforce, ensuring all contact information and property details are current and accurate.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of every outreach attempt, conversation, and milestone to ensure no lead is dropped.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Generate and present weekly reports from Salesforce detailing pipeline health, outreach metrics, and the status of qualified candidates for the Texas market.
- Pipeline Presentations & Team Communication: Lead structured pipeline reviews with internal stakeholders, clearly communicating the current state of the CRM, key account developments, and prioritized opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills not only for prospect-facing interactions but also for presenting insights and driving alignment across the team.
Qualification & Program Advocacy
- Consultative Discovery: Conduct initial qualification calls to understand a property’s resident profile, amenity positioning, and sustainability goals.
- Pitch Tailoring: Present the Sagelane’s program clearly, highlighting how it drives resident retention and elevates the "everyday living experience" without adding operational burden to the property staff.
- Collateral Utilization: Leverage a library of pitch materials and case studies to build immediate credibility with prospective partners.
- Seamless Hand-offs: Coordinate with the CEO and regional leadership to transition qualified leads into deep-dive negotiations and signed agreements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience:
- 5+ years in business development, property amenity sales, or multifamily real estate.
- A track record of successfully navigating multi-stakeholder decisions within property management organizations.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, and lead management), with the ability to configure and tailor the CRM to evolving business needs.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly adopt and optimize digital sales tools and workflows.
- Mastery of modern outreach techniques and digital sales tools.
- Attributes:
- Solid commercial profile: You are patient, consultative, and skilled at earning trust with property professionals.
- Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated and comfortable owning the Texas market prospecting independently from a remote environment.
- Communication: Polished and credible written and verbal English skills.

We offer a competitive base salary of $1,000 - $1,200/month plus performance-based commissions, with an additional $100–$200 per location earned three months following successful program launch, provided the account remains active. You will also have a clear path to leadership as we scale our amenity offering nationally.
