🧭 About the Role
We are transforming how businesses access credit through data-driven decision-making. As we continue to scale across LatAm, our sales team plays a critical role in driving growth and expanding our reach.
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to learn, resilient, and excited to build relationships with potential customers.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact in the sales process—responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects, and creating high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

🎯 What You’ll Do
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting and industry analysis
- Engage inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across LatAm

2. Outreach & Engagement
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone calls)
- Generate interest in the company’s solutions through personalized messaging
- Connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders

3. Lead Qualification
- Understand prospects’ business needs, challenges, and financial context
- Evaluate fit and qualify opportunities for the sales team
- Ensure only high-quality opportunities move forward

4. Meeting Generation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and sales
- Ensure smooth handoff and proper context sharing

5. CRM & Process Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Track pipeline activity, interactions, and outcomes
- Follow structured processes to support pipeline growth

6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Marketing to improve messaging and campaigns
- Provide feedback from the field on prospect behavior and objections
- Continuously refine prospecting and outreach strategies

🧬 Requirements
Must-Have
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or startup environments (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High level of motivation, resilience, and ownership

Nice to Have
- Experience selling into LatAm markets
- Familiarity with financial products or credit solutions
- Experience with sales engagement tools and outbound sequences
