**Join us for a 1\-year paid internship** designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!
Responsibilities
* Support the Distributor Business Manager in managing relationships and negotiations with wholesalers.
* Develop and analyze promotions for the computing category, ensuring weekly and monthly performance tracking.
* Support portfolio and pricing management on HP’s digital platform, ensuring proper alignment of prices, product visibility, and offers.
* Plan, monitor, and report on Demand Generation Funds (DGF) allocated to wholesalers.
* Contribute to the development and growth of the **volume monitor** category through market‑driven strategies that increase brand presence.
* Prepare and deliver the weekly results newsletter for distributors, communicating key sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
* Conduct analysis and reporting on:
+ **Sales performance**
+ **Inventory levels**
+ **Market share and participation**
* Use **Power BI**, **advanced Excel**, and other analytical tools to manage and analyze business data.
* Maintain effective communication with customers and support account follow‑up activities, including retail support when required.
* Manage business information with accuracy and attention to detail.
**Education and Experience Required*** Enrolled in a university program in **Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering**.
* **Advanced Excel** and **Power BI** knowledge (Python is a plus).
* Strong skills in:
+ Communication
+ Time management
+ Information management
+ Customer interaction
+ Account follow‑up (retail/wholesale)
* Sales knowledge or interest is a strong advantage.
* **English level: B2**.
