                Job Title: Recruiter (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical)
Location: Remote (Preference for EST-aligned regions)
Salary Range: 1500 – 2200 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The skilled Recruiter (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical) will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and screening qualified trade professionals to support ongoing hiring needs. This role is heavily outbound and phone-based, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive recruiting mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source skilled trades candidates (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) through job boards, databases, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, communication skills, and role fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate tracking in the ATS.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Meet weekly recruiting activity and hiring targets.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong spoken and written English (suitable for phone-based screening and candidate engagement).
- Experience with outbound sourcing and cold outreach.
- Comfortable working EST hours and conducting frequent phone calls.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades or blue-collar roles.
- Familiarity with the U.S. home services industry.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams.
