Recruiter

                A growing ABA therapy company is looking for an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across clinical and support roles. This role is central to our growth, connecting compassionate professionals with meaningful work that impacts children and families.

What You’ll Do
Own the Full Hiring Journey
Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring candidates feel informed, supported, and excited to join.

Attract the Right Talent
Create and post job ads across multiple platforms and source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other recruiting channels.

Build Community Outreach
Proactively engage schools, professional networks, and community groups to expand our recruiting reach in healthcare.

Screen & Interview with Purpose
Review applications, shortlist qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.

Keep Candidates Moving Forward
Support onboarding, follow up consistently, and make sure no strong candidate falls through the cracks.

Stay Organized & Visible
Maintain clean recruiting pipelines, accurate tracking, and clear documentation inside recruiting platforms and ATS tools.

Communicate Clearly & Professionally
Represent the company with warmth and professionalism when communicating with candidates and internal teams.

What You Bring
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting background strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting in the U.S. market preferred
- Comfort sourcing across multiple platforms and channels
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Friendly, candidate-focused approach
- Experience using recruiting platforms and ATS systems
