That is why we are looking for a Product Manager (Marketplace & B2B Platform) — This is a high-impact role for a strategic and analytical builder who is passionate about designing digital products that transform global trade. Your mission will be to define, prioritize, and scale the product experience that connects sellers and buyers across international markets, enabling the seamless commercialization of food and beverage products worldwide.
What is the objective of this role?
Define and drive the product vision for Bosanet’s marketplace and platform ecosystem. This role focuses on translating business strategy into scalable digital products, ensuring that sellers can onboard easily, buyers can discover and purchase efficiently, and the platform continuously generates measurable commercial value.
What will you do in this role?
• Define what products and features should be built, and why, based on business and user needs
• Prioritize the product roadmap, balancing speed, impact, and scalability
• Design end-to-end user journeys across the platform (seller onboarding, product listing, buyer discovery, matching, and transactions)
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, sales, and operations teams to build and ship product features
• Define and track key product metrics such as active users, listings, engagement, and platform-driven sales
• Build and optimize core platform modules such as seller onboarding, product database, marketplace discovery, matching systems, and market intelligence tools
• Ensure product decisions are always aligned with the core mission: accelerating international product commercialization
What do you need to succeed in this role?
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in Product Management roles, ideally in B2B platforms, marketplaces, SaaS products, or digital ecosystems
• Strong understanding of business models, product strategy, and scalable platform thinking
• Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and how digital products are built (technical depth, without needing to code)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior, funnels, and product performance metrics
• Strong communication skills to connect leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, retail, logistics, or international trade is highly valued
