Process Data & Integration Specialist at BairesDev

We are seeking an Integration and Automation Specialist to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. You'll design and implement automated solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize data processes. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of data, automation, and integration, building systems that eliminate manual work and empower teams to focus on high-value activities.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and maintain scripts in Python for process automation.
- Create, optimize, and maintain queries in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Build integrations between systems using automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
- Automate workflows between APIs, databases, and internal tools.
- Organize and analyze data using spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Document integrations, automations, and implemented processes.
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to improve operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- Experience with data integration and process automation.
- Proficiency in Python for automation or data processing.
- Experience with at least one automation/integration platform such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience working with spreadsheets including Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines.
- Knowledge of webhooks and API integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Background in business process automation (BPA/RPA).
- Experience with AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and Gemini.
