About the role

They develop tailored digital media strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth through strategic planning, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across multiple digital channels.

They’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media strategy and execution across key platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic media. This role is central to campaign performance, combining strategic thinking, client communication, reporting, and optimization in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic channels
• Manage campaign setup, performance analysis, and optimization across multiple digital platforms
• Create biweekly and monthly reports using GA4, CM360, and Google Looker Studio
• Present campaign insights, recommendations, and strategic updates in client meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior team members on campaign execution

What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in digital strategy and paid media planning across social, search, and programmatic channels
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Google Looker Studio, and CM360
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
• High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and reporting analysis
• Strong client-facing communication skills and attention to detail
