What We're Looking For
Our US client, a boutique performance marketing agency, is seeking a full-time Performance Graphic Designer. In this ad-focused role, you’ll bring fresh ideas and skills to deliver high-performing ads and social content for a variety of clients. You’ll work on direct response campaigns, constantly testing and optimizing creative for maximum impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the design and execution of high-performing ad creatives for a leading client.
- Collaborate with strategists and marketers to test and refine creative concepts.
- Turn data insights into compelling visuals that boost ad performance.
- Manage projects in Figma from concept to delivery with meticulous attention to detail.
- Balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Contribute fresh ideas to elevate the collective’s creative impact.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience designing effective ad creatives for paid campaigns.
- Deep understanding of creative strategy and what makes ads perform.
- Advanced Figma skills for rapid prototyping and final asset delivery.
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver on time.
- Experience collaborating with US brands or agencies.
Nice to Have
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Experience reviewing ad metrics and optimizing creative based on performance data.
- Background in health and wellness or food and beverage sectors.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or performance analysis tools.
