Marketing Project Manager

                About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support senior staff in coordinating logistics and delivery within the marketing program. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with communication technologies, and the ability to work proactively under pressure with strong initiative.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project schedules in ClickUp.
- Set up meetings, interviews, and presentations.
- Prepare draft reports for senior staff.
- Synthesize information from surveys and organize findings clearly.
- Perform report quality checks.
- Conduct client industry research.
- Analyze project, survey, and/or marketing-related data to identify trends, summarize insights, and support decision-making
- Use AI tools as support tools to improve productivity in research, documentation, summaries, and project coordination (while maintaining accuracy and human judgment)

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience within branding, communication, or marketing industry.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- Professional proficiency level of English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection

Desired skills

- Conversational level in French

- 100% Remote
- Schedule: 08:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ET
