Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
About the role
Our client is an early-stage direct-to-consumer (DTC) company preparing to launch a new physical product designed for online sales. With brand development and packaging nearly complete, the team is focused on building early traction and establishing a strong digital presence ahead of launch, using social media and digital channels as the primary growth engine.
They’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead early marketing strategy and execution for the upcoming product launch. This role will focus on building brand awareness, developing a social-first content strategy, and launching early performance marketing initiatives while working closely with the founding team to shape how the brand enters the market.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the go-to-market marketing strategy ahead of the product launch
- Plan and manage short-form content strategies across platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar channels
- Build brand awareness through storytelling and consistent brand positioning
- Launch and optimize early paid media campaigns while monitoring performance metrics
- Collaborate with founders to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals
What You Bring
- 3–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand marketing
- Experience launching or scaling a consumer or DTC brand
- Hands-on experience with Meta advertising and short-form content platforms
- Strong understanding of social-first marketing strategies and digital audience growth
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
