About the role
We’re looking for an experienced marketing coordinator with strong project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate is also familiar with DTC e-commerce marketing operations.

Responsibilities:
Marketing operations (90% of the role)
- Project manage marketing campaigns; tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Organize marketing assets and ensure product images are retouched
- Assign ad asset requests based on campaign briefs
- Coordinate with retention channels on development and execution of marketing assets
- Communicate with licensors for licensed launch asset approvals
- Collect post campaign recap from various marketing channels
- Prioritize tasks for Shopify developer
- Pull weekly marketing data (e.g., launch sales, marketing attribution data by channel, customer survey reports) and conduct basic analysis
- Project manage the execution of special projects (e.g., gift with purchase, merch)
- Execute product launches (e.g., set up PDPs on Shopify, load inventory, push products/collections live across all sales channels)
- Perform ad-hoc marketing execution tasks (e.g., updating certain transactional emails, maintaining asset naming convention on Google Drive)
- Create and update marketing SOPs, and continuously optimize marketing processes
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities for the brand

Merchandising, Content & Catalog Management (10% of the role)
- Manage product listings across all sales channels, ensuring accuracy and optimization of PDPs (e.g., descriptions, images, pricing)
- Oversee product catalog organization and updates, including discontinued products, back-in-stock alerts, and seasonal product rotations
- Assist in implementing A/B testing strategies for PDPs, collections, and site merchandising
- Monitor competitor merchandising and catalog strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain product taxonomy and tagging within Shopify and other sales channels to ensure smooth navigation and discoverability

Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce brands
- Experience with Shopify
- Strong project management skills and understanding of how to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce and marketing analytics (e.g., period over period trends, growth rates); ability to draw meaningful insights from data preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment in a remote capacity, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Availability from 9am-5pm in a US time zone (ET preferred)

Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 monthly
