We are looking for a Market Development Specialist to join our team, working remotely from LATAM.

What we are looking for:
- Advanced English – Mandatory.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience in telecommunications, market strategy, or international business development.
- Knowledge of LATAM markets.
- Proficiency in data automation and pricing management tools (APIs, system integrations, automated workflows).
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners and regional telcos.
- Proactive, organized, and independent profile.

Key challenges and responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Analyze the telecommunications landscape by region (competition, regulations, pricing) and build structured dashboards.
- Partnership Development: Establish relationships with regional telcos and infrastructure providers, representing IG Networks in events and negotiations.
- Automation & Pricing: Define pricing models and eliminate manual work through automated data connections (APIs, ConnectBase) and real-time updates.
- Commercial Growth: Be responsible for market share growth and new partnerships, managing clear KPIs.
