Lead UX/UI Designer

                We’re seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to own and evolve UX strategy, accessibility standards, and design systems across digital and eCommerce platforms. This hands-on leadership role blends execution and strategic ownership, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Branding, Research, and Analytics teams. The ideal candidate brings strong design systems experience, accessibility-first thinking (WCAG 2.1), and proven success delivering scalable web experiences within Agile environments.

Key Requirements:
✅ 7+ years UX/UI experience with proven design systems leadership (hands-on execution required)
✅ Deep accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.1 + accessible component design)
✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating web/eCommerce UX and cross-functional collaboration
