Responsibilities and more:
💼 Responsibilities:

Design data-driven email campaigns and automated flows for multiple eCommerce brands, with a focus on driving engagement, conversion, and brand consistency.

Develop elevated client-facing presentations and creative assets that align with each brand's visual identity and business strategy.

Collaborate with strategists, retention marketers, and fellow designers across all project phases, from concept development to launch.

Incorporate motion design elements such as GIFs and animations using Figma plugins and Adobe After Effects to enhance email experiences.

Mentor junior designers by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and consistent quality oversight.

Contribute to the development of internal workflows and systems that improve team efficiency and creative output.

Monitor key performance metrics and propose purposeful improvements to both client deliverables and internal processes.

💡 Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of design experience, with a background in DTC brands or digital agencies preferred.

Strong command of visual design principles, brand development, and user-centered design applied to the email channel.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.

Demonstrated experience creating motion design assets, including GIFs using Figma plugins and Adobe After Effects.

Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and lead internal creative reviews with strategic direction.

Portfolio demonstrating high-quality email design work is required; must be submitted with application.
