                Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive TikTok Shop Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize our online stores on TikTok Shop platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual who is well-versed in e-commerce, adept at using social media tools, and driven to maximize revenue through innovative strategies and meticulous shop management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shop Maintenance:
- Keep TikTok Shop updated with the latest products, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and comply with platform guidelines.

- Performance Optimization:
- Implement strategies to maximize product visibility, sales, and overall return on investment (ROI).
- Use data analytics tools to monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- A/B test creatives, offers, and strategies to find optimal selling tactics.

- Content and Campaign Coordination:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging product videos, descriptions, and imagery tailored for TikTok and Meta platforms.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.

- Customer Experience Management:
- Monitor and address customer inquiries and reviews on TikTok Shops promptly.
- Ensure seamless integration with customer service channels to enhance buyer satisfaction.

- Compliance & Platform Relationships:
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with platform representatives for support and insights.

- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing shop performance, revenue metrics, and campaign outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve shop performance.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and e-commerce marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a flair for content that aligns with platform-specific trends.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques is a plus.
