Job Summary:
Our client is hiring a Junior UI/UX Designer to support a high-impact digital environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer with 1–3 years of experience who wants to sharpen their craft, work inside a mature design system, and grow alongside experienced designers in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute UI updates across Web and Mobile platforms (hotels, attractions, dining, park information, POIs).
- Replace and optimize imagery at scale — hero banners, galleries, attraction photography — ensuring consistency across breakpoints.
- Update labels, microcopy, and layout elements within established templates.
- Design simple, system-aligned pages and components for operational needs (e.g., closure notices, informational updates).
- Work within an established design system — applying tokens, spacing rules, and responsive behaviors correctly.
- Maintain clean, organized Figma files aligned to team standards and naming conventions.
- Support senior designers on larger initiatives by owning clearly scoped tasks.
- Collaborate with Content Designers and Copywriters to ensure layout and content alignment.
- Participate in refinement sessions and support design QA to ensure implemented builds match design intent.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders and implementation partners.

Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of UX/UI or Digital Design experience (internships count).
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping).
- Understanding of responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Strong visual eye — spacing, alignment, hierarchy matter to you.
- Familiarity with accessibility basics (contrast, readable type, focus states).
- Comfort working within an established design system.
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Growth mindset — receptive to feedback and eager to improve.

Nice to Have:
• Exposure to CMS platforms (Tridion, Contentful, etc.)
• Campaign or marketing design experience (landing pages, email, digital assets)
