Interior Remodeling Estimator

H\&C Construction LLC, a U.S.\-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a **Interior Remodeling Estimator** to join our Sales \& Operations Department in Lima, Peru.

This position is responsible for **preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates**, material take\-offs, and budget analyses for interior remodeling projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate has a background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering, strong analytical and technical skills, and proven experience in project planning and construction cost evaluation within the residential remodeling sector.

The mission of this role is to ensure **precise cost planning and financial control for interior remodeling projects by delivering detailed estimates**, reliable pricing data, and well\-structured documentation. Through cross\-functional collaboration, this position supports strategic decision\-making, profitability analysis, and efficient project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the estimation process by reviewing architectural drawings, measurements, and project specifications
* Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, quantity take\-offs, and comparative budget analyses for residential remodeling and interior design projects.
* Coordinate with Project Development and Operations teams to validate project scope, materials, labor assumptions, and pricing accuracy
* Analyze and verify material quantities, specifications, and vendor pricing to ensure cost reliability.
* Develop, maintain, and update estimation spreadsheets, pricing templates, and internal cost databases.
* Prepare professional proposals and organized documentation ensuring full traceability and accuracy.
* Identify cost risks, recommend value engineering alternatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes and workflow efficiency.

**Qualifications**

* **Technical or university studies in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.**
* **1–2 years of experience** in estimation, interior remodeling, or cost planning (internship or junior\-level acceptable).
* Strong proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets.**
* **Advanced English level (B2\-C1\).**
* Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
* Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

**Compensation \& Terms**

* **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, on\-site (Lima, Peru) under **Peruvian MYPE payroll.**
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, aligned with EST hours.
* **Monthly Salary:** Competitive base salary based on experience.
