About the Role
We are seeking an IT Manager to oversee technology operations and lead IT initiatives across the organization. You’ll be responsible for managing infrastructure, security, and systems while supporting business continuity and innovation.

What you'll do:
- Lead IT operations including infrastructure, networking, and end-user support.
- Manage and mentor IT staff, providing leadership and career development.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security standards, and compliance measures.
- Partner with business units to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage IT budgets.
- Drive initiatives for cloud adoption, automation, and digital transformation.
- Ensure systems availability, performance, and scalability.

What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage IT budgets and vendor contracts.

Nice-to-Have:
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, PMP, or ITIL.
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, or CRM system administration.
- Background in DevOps or IT/OT integration.
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, retail).
