Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment Supervisor, based in Virú. The role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices, conducting safety inspections, managing occupational health protocols, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The individual will also be responsible for conducting accident investigations and implementing preventative measures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health standards and practices
- Experience conducting Accident Investigations with attention to detail
- Ability to perform thorough safety and environment-related Inspections
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with relevant industry safety regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certifications in safety management or EHS are a plus
