Position : Graphic & UX/UI Designer (Brand & Digital)
Working Schedule : 3pm-11pm GMT +7
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with UX/UI experience. We are looking for a creatively fearless yet detail-driven designer who can own our visual identity across hospitality brands and digital products. You will craft everything from punchy social ads and print collateral to complete UI design systems—then ensure pixel-perfect delivery with developers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design on-brand visuals for menu launches, event promos, paid-media creatives, and merchandise.
- Working on projects ranging across different brands and must be able to creatively design assets across each brand and develop new concepts.
- Maintain and evolve the brand style guide across all Miss Fish sub-brands.
- Build UI libraries, wireframes, and clickable prototypes (Figma) for website refreshes, booking flows, and new mobile products.
- Produce presentations & investor decks (Keynote / PowerPoint / Google Slides) and graphics for personal brands of key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing on A/B tests; iterate rapidly based on creative performance data.
- Leverage AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Lottie) to accelerate ideation and motion graphics.
- Prepare print-ready files for packaging, signage, and event collateral, liaising with printers when necessary.
- Conduct quick user-testing / feedback loops and refine designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Keep the ClickUp design workspace clean—taskboards, asset hand-off, and status dashboards.
- Upload a short video summarizing their work for each day for transparency and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years in graphic + UX/UI, with at least 1 year in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B.
- Mastery of Figma (design systems) and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere for motion).
- Proven slide-deck portfolio; fluent in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Working knowledge of responsive design, basic HTML/CSS for dev hand-off, WCAG accessibility, and Lottie animation.
- Strong English communication, plus experience collaborating inside ClickUp or a similar PM tool.
- Interested in and curious about the development of AI in the digital space and has the drive and curiosity to explore new and interesting ways to use these tools to improve and enhance their work.
- Someone with ambition who will self-manage their workload and will take the initiative to engage with the team and be as proactive as possible.
Bonus: Familiarity with Sprout/Talkwalker for social listening.
