🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote | Part-time | Central Time hours required
About the role
Our client is a dynamic, data-driven digital advertising company partnering with brands across multiple industries to scale growth through performance marketing. They combine strategic execution, creative excellence, and a strong focus on measurable results and conversion optimization.
They’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-impact, conversion-focused digital assets across landing pages, marketing emails, and paid media channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, UI/UX, and performance, translating campaign goals into designs that drive action.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-converting landing pages and marketing emails with a strong UI/UX focus
- Create static and carousel ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and programmatic networks
- Adapt creative across formats, placements, and aspect ratios
- Collaborate with media, brand, and strategy teams to iterate based on performance data
- Produce creative for A/B testing and continuous optimization
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience in performance-driven digital design
- Strong UI/UX and conversion-focused design expertise
- Experience with landing pages, email design, and display ads
- Ability to work autonomously from brief to execution
- Portfolio showcasing performance-oriented creative
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma (preferred)
