About the Role
We’re hiring an FP&A Manager to support one of our U.S.-based partners. This role is ideal for someone who has built FP&A foundations within a small or mid-sized business (SMB) and is comfortable operating close to leadership.
You’ll own core FP&A processes, develop financial models to support growth initiatives, and act as a strategic thought partner to senior and C-level leaders. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with meaningful influence on company strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, pricing, headcount, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner closely with functional leaders to gather inputs and align financial plans with business goals
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior and C-level leadership
- Support strategic decision-making related to growth, investments, and cost optimization
- Improve FP&A processes, tooling, and data quality as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
- Proven experience working in small or mid-sized businesses or startup environments
- Strong financial modeling skills (3-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; BI tools experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with senior and C-level stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or investor relations
- Background in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Experience scaling FP&A processes in high-growth environments
