About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and data analysis across the business. This role will work closely with finance and leadership teams to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from multiple systems, including payment processors and internal platforms, to drive informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, understands payment flows, and has strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Extract and analyze financial data from internal systems (including a home-grown platform called Admin)
- Pull and reconcile data from payment processors such as Stripe and similar platforms
- Support revenue tracking, cash flow analysis, and payment reconciliation
- Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards for leadership
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (Admin, Stripe, QuickBooks Online)
- Collaborate with accounting to align financial data with the general ledger
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven insights
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

Requirements
- Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analytics roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience extracting data from payment processing platforms (e.g., Stripe)
- Competency using QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- Comfort working with internal or custom-built systems
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Ability to reconcile financial data across multiple sources
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
