**Job Description**
As part of Lazada's Finance Data team, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how Finance operates in the digital age. You won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll shape the way data drives decisions. Your mission:  

  

* Take full ownership of the end\-to\-end development of dashboards that empower regional Finance to make smart, data\-driven decisions
* Partner closely with business teams to ensure financial reflections match the reality of operational processes
* Collaborate with Data, Product, and Tech stakeholders to align on Finance’s data and reporting needs
* Support the month\-end closing process with accurate and timely financial insights
* Design robust reporting strategies to assess and support new business initiatives
* Build, document, and champion scalable reporting frameworks across regions and help local teams adopt them effectively

**Job Requirements**
* A strong academic background in Finance/Accounting (preferred) or Computer Science/Information Systems
* 3–5 years of hands\-on experience with SQL (must\-have) and a passion for exploring and understanding data
* At least 3 years of experience delivering reporting solutions and performing data analysis — ideally in an e\-commerce or high\-growth environment
* A genuine interest in business models and processes, enabling you to advise stakeholders with clarity and impact
* Sharp analytical thinking and a strong grasp of financial frameworks and KPIs
* Familiarity with modern BI tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
* A hands\-on attitude — dig into the weeds when needed to get things right
