The internship program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Perú and will receive several trainings \& coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.


We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self\-initiated.


In this opportunity, the Investment Banking team is looking for a new intern. The team is responsible for generating and executing transactions that transform the corporate environment: mergers and acquisitions, public share offerings and debt issuances in local and international market.


In this opportunity we are looking for:


* Undergraduate students in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (8th–10th semester).
* Advanced English
* Knowledge of the Office package




And these are some of the activities you will be collaborating:

* Participation in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and share offering transactions
* Industry \& Market research
* Preparation of internal and client presentations
* Economic, financial and corporate analysis of companies
* Preparation of financial projection and company valuation models
