                Job Title: Director of Human Resources - (HR84332)
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred; open to South Africa for strong candidates)
Salary Range: 2500 - 4000 USD/month (Based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly capable Director of Human Resources to support a growing, multi-location organization.
This is a hands-on HR leadership role focused on driving company culture, employee engagement, and operational execution across teams. You will play a key role in building structure, developing managers, and ensuring consistency in how people are hired, managed, and supported.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong HR fundamentals with a practical, execution-focused approach and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consistency in talent strategy, onboarding procedures, and employee management.
- Assist with development of managers and leadership training.
- Implement performance and accountability metrics across branches.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Reinforce company culture and values across teams.
- Lead and standardize HR policies, compensation, and onboarding across all locations.
- Own recruiting strategy and pipeline management to support growth.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading HR operations in a hands-on capacity.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based teams or multi-state environments.

Strong background in:
- Recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Payroll and benefits administration.
- Performance management and employee engagement.
- Experience implementing HR processes, policies, and operational frameworks.
- Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and performance metrics (required).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and support managers.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high ownership.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive HR and employee data.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in multi-location or growing organizations.
- Exposure to scaling teams or building HR structure from scratch.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
