Role Description

- End to end assigned digital projects delivery
- Defining Project Scope, Timeline Creation
- Act as a primary point of contact for markets
- Engage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelines
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with markets and key stakeholders
- Task Delegation and Resource Management
- Assist markets in implementing services effectively, plan projects collaboratively, and manage financial aspects of collaboration
- Ensure all functionalities work as intended, conducting quality checks
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, working with the development team to resolve them promptly

Requirements

- Proven experience in the Digital field - at least 3 years
- 2-3 years of experience in complex project management for US market
- Experience in working with global clients - pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
- Advanced level of English - at least C1
- Independence and proactive approach
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Easiness to learn new tools and technologies
- Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
- Knowledge of Excel and project management tools (especially Asana)
- Proactiveness in project delivery, supervision of flawless process delivery
- Self-control and resilience to stressful situations, being able to handle a demanding client
- Flexibility in approach - adapting based on the client's personality and the specific situation
- Knowledge of Figma/UX - nice to have
- Knowledge of CMS environment (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento, AEM) - nice to have
