The Role (TL;DR): We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our cross-functional pods. You will build and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models (like SentenceBERT) and predictive algorithms to optimize job embeddings, occupation classification, and applicant forecasting.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and fine-tune language-agnostic embedding models to process millions of job postings.
- Work with transfer learning models and predictive techniques (XGBoost, gradient boosting) to lower Cost-Per-Applicant (CPA) for our clients.
- Partner directly with Product Managers and Software Engineers in decentralized, semi-autonomous pods to push code into production.
- Identify opportunities to use AI/ML to eliminate bias in recruitment advertising.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience in building machine learning models, specifically in NLP and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Gensim).
- Experience with big data frameworks and deploying models into cloud environments.
- A "can-do" mindset and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems.
