                At Samsung Electronics Perú we are looking for professionals willing to join a fast-paced company where they will learn and grow alongside professionals.

Main responsability:
Operational support on payroll, personnel administration and HR data analystics with the objective to improve order, responsiveness and provide to all People Team of clean data to make quick and better decisions and actions plans

1.- Personnel Administration:
Maintain updated employee records in GHRP
Manage personnel files
Control of hiring documents and communication with internal clients
Control of work contracts

2.- Payroll
Collect and verify payroll data
Attendance and leave controls
Calculate overtime
Assist with employees queries regarding payroll and benefits
Gathering and reviewing payroll data for accuracy and inputting it into systems.
Support with T-Registro data
Support with assistance control /overtime

3.- HR data Analytics
Analyze HR metrics, turnover, headcount, labor cost, etc.
Create dashboards
Generate reports for management
Support for reports and other processes

Requirements:

- University students within 9th to 10th semester.

- Experience with elaboration of Data Analytics, Dashboards

- English advanced level.

- Excel advanced level.
