Data Operations Specialist

                Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber professional with a Data Analyst mindset to drive accuracy and process improvements within our systems. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who takes full ownership of data integrity and uses technical expertise to support organizational efficiency.

Rate:
- Equivalent of USD 800/month in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (US Pacific Time), with 30-minute paid lunch and two 15-minute unpaid breaks

Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into internal systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as they arise to support the team.

Requirements
- Must be based in or near the Pacific timezone
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Consistent in delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Capable of maintaining composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to the role.
- Open to learning new skills and taking on extra tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative work
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (testing may be required)
