Controlling - Strategic Initiatives Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a Controlling - Strategic Initiatives Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze business data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose changes to core processes, working closely with leadership and multiple business areas.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Propose changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis.
- Develop proactive analyses and respond to data requests from the Board.
- Build reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D teams.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across different business areas.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in business analysis, controlling, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
