Descripción del puesto:
About the role:
For this role you need to be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala or Panama.
This is a community role with a technical edge. You will run community operations on Discord, and you will also support the systems behind it: bots, automations, reward workflows, webhooks, and API-based integrations. You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you need to be confident operating technical tooling and troubleshooting issues.
What you will do:
- Run day-to-day community operations: engagement, support, moderation, incident handling.
- Manage Discord server setup: channels, roles, permissions, onboarding, and safety settings.
- Maintain and improve Discord bots for activations and events, including custom commands and automation solutions.
- Maintain and support Discord linking flows (API and in-game account linking to Discord where relevant) and improve the reliability of related tooling.
- Create and manage events, voting, activation, and closed-beta channels and workflows when needed.
- Process ranked CSVs and activation result files and execute accurate mass reward granting and monthly benefit distribution.
- Maintain activity tracking and operational reporting (messages, bans, bugs, tickets).
- Support sponsor requests, approvals, and spend tracking, plus monthly creator evaluations and audits where required.
- Document fixes, propose tooling improvements, and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
You are a strong match if:
- You have administered Discord servers before and understand roles, permissions, structure, and moderation tooling.
- You have worked with bots and automations before (setup, maintenance, troubleshooting).
- You have used webhooks or API integrations before and can debug common failures.
- You are detail-driven with data accuracy (rewards, CSVs, reporting).
- You document what you do and you can explain technical issues clearly.
- English proficiency: CEFR C1 or above (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- You have basic scripting familiarity.
- You have handled community analytics, automation workflows, or internal tooling improvements.
